2008 Summer Championships

Summer Championships are over, we went, we competed, we watched and we came away with a second place.

The 2008 BFA organised Summer Championships was held over three days 7 divisions each day.

The whole site was made up of a large field for camping and then in an adjacent field there were two rings, a fun event ring and a very large party marquee.

We ran on Friday with some help from two other teams (Ramsey & The Marnicks) as we did not have enough members attending to handle box loading, ball collecting, sheduling and also run Connor.

With their help we ran throughout Friday with some new dogs to the competition team, Rosie & Fizz.

They did us proud, along with the experience dogs and after some close racing we were pipped into second place.

Results: Kiveton Kongas 2nd Place in Division 17

Roxi (2nd Place, non Collie catagorie Sat) 4.59 seconds in the singles

Roxi & Indi (4th Place non collies catagorie Sat) 6.55 seconnds in the doubles
